Orders & Shipping
All Mitchel Primrose products are entirely hand-crafted, and individually made to order.
After receiving your order confirmation email, one of our Customer Service Representatives will reach out with an estimated timeline for your order. Please allow up to 2 days for order processing. Approximate lead times are listed in the description for each item - for example: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Our Customer Service Representatives will email updates during the crafting process of your order, and tracking information once your items have shipped.
Mitchel Primrose ships internationally to the following regions: North America, the European Union, United Kingdom, northern Europe, Western Europe, Southern Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Austrailia. If you have questions about shipping to another location not listed here, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, if you reside in Canada or Mexico, please email us directly as there may be a less expensive shipping option available.
Due to international trade laws, only non-cities leather goods are available for international shipment. This currently includes items crafted from calfskin and karung snakeskin. Please see foot note in product description, which will indicate if an item is available for international purchase.
Purchaser is responsible for all duties & taxes associated with the import of their purchase from Mitchel Primrose. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping costs collected at checkout and will be due on delivery of your merchandise. At this time we are not able to estimate these costs for you, please contact your local Customs Office for assistance with estimating these additional charges.
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our merchandise, and made to order process, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Please read measurements carefully, to ensure proper sizing. Should you have questions about fit or size, email us - email@example.com for more information. Ring sizers can be sent, when you select the "Confirm my Size" option to purchase. This will help you determine your exact size before we begin crafting your order.
In the unfortunate event of damage to your Mitchel Primrose merchandise, please contact us to facilitate the necessary repairs. All repairs are handled in house, on a case-by-case basis, through a Customer Care Representative. We will provide the necessary repairs to restore your item as close to its original condition as possible, given certain limitations. A service/repair fee will be incurred, and varies based on the level of damage.

Please note that Mitchel Primrose reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs.
